I want to thank you for considering the digital data collection products that we have at Sentry9000 Inc.  I am sure that you're employees are tired of completing paper forms every day for cleanliness, products in coolers and freezers, dumpsters, restrooms and you know, much more.  You understand the advantage of daily checks for customer food safety as well as staying one step ahead of the health department inspector.

The advantages of digital data collection vs paper form data collection are multi-fold. 

The S9k system can be used with all operating systems.  An Android app is available for Android tablets(see left) and Smartphones.  Macs, iPads and Windows-based units can use the web browser to enter the data(see below). 

These formats can be used in any combination

 

S9k forms mirror your forms in a digital format.  They are date and time stamped and each employee has a digital signature.  Employees see their names on each form instead of a column of initials on a paper form and it raises responsibility and awareness.  Bilingual questions can be used.

Sentry9000 also has a setup that uses the Houston Health Dept. Self Inspection sheet if you would rather use that.

Redundant paper forms that are completed daily become a hassle.  Data is often pencil whipped at the end of a shift because the employee feels they are too busy to be taking data.  Sometimes they don't understand that the data collection is as important as every other function they do in food service.  The completion of the form on a tablet becomes part of the work process rather than something to be done later because of the time stamp and digital signature.

  • Corrective Action or Action Taken forms are automatically generated by an answer that is out of a specified range such as a temperature or a weight, and for Yes/No answers that are submitted to making the question fail such as in an inspection form.

  • Data is available in Real-Time at your fingertips, and is presented in multiple formats.  Data can be accessed on a secure web site from any location that Internet access is available.  There is also an off-line capability for the Android app for data input where WiFi access may be limited or impractical.

  • Incidents - On the Home Page, the Incidents and Unfixed Incidents report catalog the questions on forms that received a Fail answer.  A Fail is a form that requires a corrective action.  No Incidents means No Fails. 

  • Daily Form Directory - Chronological order of forms submitted Today.  Shows status of Pass/Fail and completed form data is just one click away.

  • Operational Review - Chronological order for date range.  Default is Today and All Forms.  Can be filtered to a single form for the age of the data available.  There is also a filter to select forms by Pass/Fail.  The complete data from employee, date, time, questions and answers and Action Taken answers and comments are available on this report.

  • Reporting Tool - This a columnar reporting tool that provides multiple filters for selecting data.  It is exportable to a spreadsheet for further data analysis or reporting.  Filters for Category, Form, Question, Employee, Product and Date Range are available.
